Christmas is the celebration of love. But not only that: At Christmas, of course, are also gifts. The fact that these have an important role also in the profession, revealed a recent trend survey of the provider, which was carried out in the context of trade fairs Personal north / south and HRM as well as an online survey.
Almost three-quarters of the 100 respondents (73%) indicated that they would assign for Christmas gifts to employees. After all, 13% put this already to the company. The reasons are manifold: In the opinion of respondents, the employer would with Christmas a good working environment provides (26%) and employee retention (23%) and employer attractiveness (16%) contribute. But above all, is a Christmas gift a personal recognition of the performance of the employee to be (35%).
Christmas gifts come great at among employees
Just as it is perceived by the respondents, also by employees: 32% of the participants of the trend survey indicated that a Christmas present is regarded as personal appreciation. In addition, it creates a good atmosphere (27%), motivation (23%) and makes the employees, even proud to be part of the company to be (15%). Only 3% of respondents thought that a Christmas would not be important for employees.
