Beginning, end and duration of working time must be documented, then daily for these employees. This documentation must be kept for at least two years.

Employ company employees who fall into one of these categories, they therefore have to check whether a corresponding timesheet already done and insert or modify the documentation, where appropriate. Includes companies one of said sectors in which recordkeeping requirement applies to all workers, including for those with a fixed monthly price and fixed working hours agreed.
